We'll use your actual life to look at what happened, what you knew, what you couldn't know then, what you did with what you knew, and what becomes visible when you look again.

We are given assignments. We take others on without realizing it. They can come from necessity, expectation, family, relationships, culture, survival or simply doing something for so long that it becomes part of who we believe ourselves to be. So what happens when an assignment changes, ends, or simply isn't needed anymore? Who are you when you aren't organizing yourself around what somebody needs from you? What is actually yours? What have you never had a reason to find out? This is a series of recorded sessions to interact with at your own pace. There is nothing to reinvent and nowhere you're supposed to arrive. We're going to investigate the assignments, how they got there, what they have asked of you, and what might be underneath them.
