Bowspring is how I move.
It isn’t about posture and it isn’t about standing up straight. It’s about how we carry ourselves through the world.
Most of us have learned to live in bodies that are collapsed, braced, or holding tension all the time. You can see it in how we sit, how we walk, how we react when something stressful happens.
Over time that becomes normal.
Bowspring interrupts those patterns.
It wakes the body back up and reorganizes how you move, how you hold tension, and how your nervous system responds when life gets intense.
It’s not a stretch class and it’s not about exercise. It’s about bringing awareness back into the body and letting the structure of the body support a different way of being.
Movement Shapes the System
Your body is constantly communicating your internal state.
Before you say a word, people can feel whether you are tense, guarded, steady, open, or shut down.
The way you move, brace, and recover from stress shapes how your nervous system operates.
When your body changes, your reactions change too.
You begin to respond differently in situations that used to pull you into tension or collapse.
Where Parenting Comes In
If you have children, they are learning from this constantly.
Kids don’t just listen to what we say. They organize themselves around the nervous systems of the adults raising them.
They notice how we hold ourselves. How we react. How we recover.
If we are tense and braced all the time, that becomes the environment they grow inside of.
When our bodies learn a different way to move and regulate, they feel that shift immediately.
There’s no lecture required.
Why It’s Part of My Work
Bowspring is part of my own daily practice.
It’s how I regulate my body and stay present in the work I do with women and families.
You’ll see it show up in my in-person experiences because the body is always part of the conversation.
We can talk about patterns all day long, but how you move through your life matters just as much as what you understand about it.

Neuro-Somatic Patterning Group
Neuro-Somatic Patterning is where we stop talking about what you know and work directly with how you move. This is a community group for those already in my world, where we use Bowspring-based movement and real-time nervous system tracking to see your patterns as they happen-where you brace, collapse, override, or run-and shift them in your body, not in theory. Your kids are organizing around your system whether you see it or not, so this is where we change the source instead of chasing behavior. You'll be in the room, not watching, not performing, but being seen and worked with in real time as things come up in your home, your body, and your relationships. If I'm already working with your kids, you're welcome here. To join, answer this: where are you still relying on understanding instead of actually changing how you move, and what are you seeing in your child that you're ready to trace back to yourself.
What You Do
Rewrite the pattern.
Change the imprint.
Shift the wiring.
