It's not a method I drop into once a week-it's the background frequency running through my body. This movement work entrains something deeper: intuitive, ancestral patterns the body already knows but forgot how to trust. It's part of how I regulate, how I parent, and how I guide others. Every in-person experience I offer includes Bowspring in some form-because this isn't just about what we talk through, but how we move through it.
I study weekly with Amanda Cepeda, a gifted virtual Bowspring instructor based in St. Cloud, MN. I am in class Wednesday at 8:30am CST/9:30am EST and Thursday at 11:30 AM CST / 12:30 PM EST on Zoom. Amanda also contributes to my in-person offerings, layering in the movement and teachings in real time.
